Developed in the cyberwars by Evantis to counter Stefanus tech, this hardened module strips a Mech's internals, protecting it from cyber warfare but limiting functionality. Whilst installed, your Mech cannot be targeted by anything with the Hacking Trait and ignores the effects of the ECM Transmitter. Your Mech also cannot activate any ability with the Hacking, Communicator, or Targeter Trait.
