As a Short Action, a Pilot can spend one, Tech 1, Scrap to restore 1 EP to [(CHASSIS)]. This Scrap represents finding a fuel source.
During Downtime [(CHASSIS)] gains only 5 Energy Points instead of being restored to its maximum amount. Otherwise this works as a normal reactor.
