If a Mech is hit with this attack, the proboscis will pierce through the cockpit on the first round and attach itself to the Pilot's skull. On the Cortex Bio-Titan's next turn it may make another attack against the Pilot. If this is successful, the Pilot is killed.

If a human or creature is hit with this attack, they die as their brain is sucked out of their skull.
