Heart of Ygdriss Removal Table
Removing a single shard of Ygdriss is unpredictable. Roll on the table below to determine the effect.
| Roll | Outcome |
|---|---|
| 20 | Nature finds a way. The heart grows back within two weeks, and there are no ill effects. |
| 11-19 | Elysia will remain, but the surrounding area will wither over the next two weeks (including the Rust Bulbs keeping Mason alive). |
| 6-10 | Elysia will become wasteland within two weeks, but the bio-flora and fauna in every other area will survive. The Elysians will need to find a new home. |
| 2-5 | Hostile Creatures will rapidly multiply to protect Ygdriss. The entire region, including Elysia, will be overrun and in constant conflict within two weeks. If this result occurs, roll on the Bio-Fauna Table every time pilots enter an area, and double the amount of Creatures present. |
| 1 | The entire region is turned into a wasteland within 2 weeks, as per Destroying Ygdriss or Removing the Heart. |
